Prepare yourself for the demanding run tomorrow by fuelling up on plenty of energy. And to help you carbo-load, we’re having pasta dinners throughout the city at select venues. Indulge in pasta of all shapes and sizes; generously laden with sauces or with just a drizzle of olive oil. There will be a selection of 2-4 types of pasta and 3-4 kinds of sauces. The meal will also include plenty of fresh salads, whole wheat bread and water.
The pasta dinner will also be a great place to share a meal with other runners and pick up tips and stories.
